Me? includes a true to life story on cassette tape, storybooks
for the children to look at whilst listening to the tape, notes
and guidance for teachers assembly materials, role play activities
and a wide range of photocopiable worksheets.
Why Pick On
Me? tells the story of a boy who is bullied, the bully and how
they utimately become friends. The story is on audio cassette
and children can listen to it either in small groups or as a
whole class. Whilst they are listening to the tape, the children
have a fully illustrated booklet to follow as the story unfolds.
The extensive
follow up material include questions for discussion, role plays,
assembly plans, worksheets about individual elements of the story,
comic strips to complete, a true or false questionaire, a wordsearch,
information leaflets - one for children and the other for parents
- and much more in the 80-page photocopiable book.

This is the
working title of a pack that will deal with two issues,
Truancy and Personal Safety.
The story
focuses on Alex Fulton and what happens
on the day he decides not to go to school.
